New lenses and other parts… must be nice. Rivieras suck for that. And something tells me there will be NO WAY this paint will resemble anything close to the way it came from the factory. I see no orange peel.
And I’m surprised you didn’t break in the engine on the dyno. I know it is a stock rebuild, but it is nice to confirm what the engine is making. It is also nice to have an engine that gets bolted into the car that you can just fire up and not have to mess with. And it is also a nice way to have access to replace bad lifters and stuff without having to do it when it is already installed in the car.
Really nice job. I love that color! And I especially dig that seat pattern. Very cool for a mid 60’s American car to have come like that.
There are some parts available for this car, but not many. We restored a lot of stuff, and the plating bill was ridiculous. Still, it’s not as hard as a Riv!
