Hi. Just wondering if there is an update to this? If I’m reading it correctly, the shop had/has you block for over a year and has not finished it? My first shop had my engine for several months. I would call every week and get the same “we’re progressing” then a runaround when I asked for specifics. When he finally finished it the bearing clearances were set at .005! not the .003 I asked for. And I was charged for labor to cut the heads to accept dual valve springs and the work was never done. He just slapped it together to get me to stop calling and bugging him. If the shop STILL had your block, get it out of there and find a new shop.
