The next chapter is one we’re not happy about, but it happens. We didn’t intend to completely strip this car from the beginning, but as we began our bodywork process, we experienced some adhesion issues of the existing finish and also with the epoxy we applied in certain spots. Adhesion issues are 100% not acceptable, as you’re only asking for problems down the line. The decision was made to completely strip the car and start from bare steel to eliminate any future issues. Bare steel cars have no secrets!
