Ok everyone what have you done to get around the Photobucket debacle or to fix your threads?
10/28/2017 at #9138V8 StaffKeymasterYeah, that is a problem. All our images are hosted on our servers or on Google photos, so we weren’t affected. Sucks that they elected to hold everyone’s pics for ransom.

Cold Case Radiator and Fans:
Transmission cooling line routing was a trick as there was no room to run them like the factory did due to headers taking up a lot of real estate. So, around the spring pocket we go:
Install Tanks, Inc Fuel Tank, Pump and Sender:
Installed a Fuel Pressure Guage on the OEM Fuel Rail and a Mechanical Oil Pressure Guage:
Wiring Harness, ECM, TCM and intake are next…..
11/18/2018 at #9396Ken WestParticipantContinuing on:
aAfter receiving the Wiring Harness, Computers, Intake and some other goodies I got back on it:
Finished up some temporary wiring and made a Temp firewall/dash. Filled the Cooling system, Power Steering, Engine, Transmission and Rear End with the proper fluids and lite her off:

Looking and sounding great Ken! I like your control center! Might have to use a similar setup in our shop! Glad to see the progress!

I will do the floor areas that are covered and unseen to save some time and $$ and have the body shop do the rest. As you can see I am not lying when I say this is not my thing.
So no new complete floors just one patch panel and a bunch of JB Weld products. I know – it sucks!

The trunk floor is very pitty but it recieved the same treatment for now.
The top windshield channel and the 2 side channels of the backlight as well as the dutchman panel need to be replaced. These I will have skilled labor do along with paint work.

Heat cycled the engine

Got most of the undercoating off the cabin area
But still have the trunk area to do

I enjoyed reading about your car and I like how you are sorting the rolling chassis out first and then the body, I should have done that on my project! Good to see it started so easily after the winter….gotta love modern engines 🙂
04/18/2020 at #9509V8 StaffKeymasterSo cool to hear it run! Thanks for sharing the update, it sounds gooood!

04/23/2020 at #9513Ken WestParticipantYes it does! Now if i can just get the body back on and a little body work done I might be able to enjoy it before i get to old.
