I know the story because I listen to http://www.v8radio.com , but what’s the latest?
Well…..Not much to add at this point. I’ve talked to Ray, my machinist, and he tells me that he has all the parts he needs to put the shortblock together but needs to find the time to get it done. I have mentioned that he has a mountain of work at his shop, haven’t I? I asked him (somewhat snarkily) if he’s thinking about having it done before winter. his response was an emphatic, OH SURE!! Time will tell.
I’ll leave you with this, if my block were a new born baby when I dropped it off, it would be walking by now and able to use rudimentary words to communicate.

Wow, you could have a talking GTO engine. That would be awesome.
